GENERAL TERMS
& CONDITIONS

    • Pre-shoot consultation

    • Professional equipment and lighting

    • Basic backup and storage

    • Online proofing gallery

    • Standard delivery within 7-14 days

    • Client support during and after shoot

    • Location rental fees (quoted separately)

    • Travel expenses beyond 50km from Milan

    • Permits and permissions for special locations

    • Catering and refreshments

    • Insurance for models/talent

    • Copyright transfer (usage rights only)

    • 50% deposit required to secure booking

    • Remaining balance due on shoot day

    • Additional services billed separately

    • All prices exclude VAT (22%)

    • 48+ hours notice: Full refund minus 10% admin fee

    • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund

    • Less than 24 hours: No refund

    • Weather-related postponements: No charge

    • Social/Web Rights: Instagram, Facebook, website, digital marketing

    • Extended Rights: Print materials, advertising, commercial use

    • Model releases: Included for all professional models

    • Location releases: Client responsibility unless specified
